Roubini clip: historical view of present crisis and solutions
Today I came upon this interview that Professor Roubini did October 14 for Bloomberg on similar themes. It gives a good update of recent market developments and his thoughts on likely outcomes from here. See: Roubini sees worst recession in 40 years, rally's end.

CBS did a interview with David Walk, "U.S. Headed For Fiscal Crisis?" on July 08, 2007. Here's the link...

Danielle,
What are your long term view on US dollar and Canadian dollar? Re: Re: Video interviews on market history the present crisis and solutions

Long term views are not helpful. It is not useful to try and predict the weather a year or 5 years from now. It is only useful to take daily, weekly, monthly measurements and adjust accordingly. Presently the C$ dollar and gold are heading down still, the US $ break out from last October is still in tact.

Most analyst would have and give a long term view. You're response actually helps. I'll definately hold onto my USD for now despite my long term view of the USD being weak. The Canadian dollar is trending lower. I'll go with the trend until it breaks.
Thank you for being a realist :) Re: Video interviews on market history the present crisis and solutions

Audio and Video Interviews“Dear Ms. Park, I watched your appearance on BNN today, and I just have to leave you a message saying 'Thank you' for giving viewers your very frank opinions about how things are going and certain industry practices. I appreciated you trying to give as much information as you could during that (too) short segment. Thank you for what you are doing for all investors!” “Each time I see Danielle Park on BNN, I am impressed with her comments and insights. Other than Rick Santelli on CNBC, she is the only commentator that I feel is completely honest and trustworthy.” Search
